How to Pay

We accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is a secure way to pay online. You do not need to set up a PayPal account, you can simply use your regular credit card when paying this way.

If you prefer to pay with a credit card over the phone, please complete your order, select "pay by telephone" on the payment page, and make sure you leave a contact number. After your order is processed we will call you for payment.

We also accept payment via direct bank transfer. Once your order is process we will email you bank details to make a payment. Just select "direct deposit" on the payment page.

Delivery or Pick-up

We ship all items Express Post within Australia for a flat fee of $10. 

If you are in the Brisbane-area you may pick-up your items in-store, just select "local pick-up" as your shipping option.

Occasionally large or unusually shaped items may incur additional shipping costs. When this is the case, we will contact you with a revised shipping quote ASAP.

 

International Shipping

We are also happy to ship to our customers overseas. Please email us for a shipping quote specific to your country. Please note that all international orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unique Pieces

Many items in our store are unique and one-off pieces, or limited quantities, and we receive new items all the time. For this reason, not everything in our retail store is listed on our website. If you've seen something in the store, but can't find it on the website, just call or email us and we will let you know if it's available!

Because we are a retail store as well as an online store, occasionally items may sell out before we have a chance to update our website. If this happens with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible about re-ordering, and thank you for your understanding.

Returns

You may return your purchases to us for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt, provided that the item(s) are in the same condition as we sent to you.  Products must be returned to the following address, at your own cost, with a dispatch note stating our original invoice number:

Once we have received the returned items, we will notify you of your exchange or credit.  Delivery costs will only be refunded if the return is as a result of our error.

If you believe any items are faulty, please contact us immediately.

There are NO returns of cut metres of fabric.
